Positioned opposite Saratoga and between Goodwood and Newmarket within the courtyard, it combines classic country style with thoughtful modern comfort. Light floods the cottage from both east and west, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

Inside

The drawing room is centred around an open fire and opens directly onto the terrace through French doors, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped Shaker-style kitchen and dining room provide everything needed for relaxed self-catering, whether preparing simple breakfasts or long, unhurried suppers.

The cottage sleeps four across two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size four-poster bed with its own shower room, while the twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Interiors are comfortably furnished in classic country house style, combining charm with ease.
