
A 60-minute guided sound bath beginning with gentle meditation to settle the breath and body, followed by immersive crystal bowl harmonics and complementary instruments.
Guests lie comfortably on mats while sound vibrations help regulate the nervous system and encourage emotional release and rest. Daytime sessions focus on relaxation and clarity; evening sessions are shaped to support sleep.
No prior experience is required. Mats, blankets and cushions are provided.
