The Sunday Send-Off is a full-day, chef-led experience designed to ease you out of your stay, beginning with a substantial late brunch featuring eggs cooked to your preference, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices and coffee, alongside one or two more substantial dishes depending on the group, followed by a relaxed afternoon table with a generous, seasonal spread designed for sharing, which may include salads, boards, roasted elements or lighter mains tailored to the time of year and your preferences, with all ingredients, preparation, cooking, service and kitchen clean-down taken care of so you can enjoy the final day at a slower pace.
