I’ll work with you ahead of time to shape a seasonal tasting menu that reflects both the time of year and how you like to eat. On the day, I arrive at your stay with everything needed, preparing and serving each course with a steady, considered pace. The experience unfolds over multiple courses, allowing you and your guests to settle in and enjoy the rhythm of the evening. Because each menu is tailored and produce-led, ingredients are not included in the initial price. I’ll source everything fresh on your behalf, with the final ingredient cost agreed in advance — keeping things flexible and true to what’s best on the day.
This is a longer, more leisurely version of the experience, with additional courses and a little more room to explore the season. We’ll build the menu together in advance, giving space for a broader range of dishes and flavours across the evening. I’ll handle everything from sourcing to service, so you can focus on enjoying the company and the setting. The pace is relaxed, with each course arriving in its own time, allowing the evening to unfold naturally. As with all seasonal menus, ingredients are not included in the initial price, and will be sourced by me with costs agreed in advance based on your final menu.
