The House
The Lodge provides impressive, well-appointed space for both entertaining and relaxing. There is a grand reception hall, a superb dining and breakfast room, and three individual reception rooms, including a double drawing room. All are designed to help guests unwind, relax, or celebrate a special occasion. The eleven individually styled en-suite bedrooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard, blending lovely old Cotswold stone charm with contemporary decor and comfortable furnishings. All rooms feature crisp, clean beds, remote control beds, coffee making facilities, and entertainment facilities. It functions as your own private 'hotel,' though the main kitchen is not available for guest use.
The Grounds
The house is nestled in secluded private gardens, which surround an enclosed courtyard complete with barbecue facilities—perfect for outdoor dining during the warmer months (April to September). The Lodge comes with 27 acres of entirely private woodland, offering guests quiet, expansive walks right from the doorstep. For outdoor gathering and views, a stunning first-floor roof terrace and adjacent Terrace Lounge overlook the surrounding Cotswold countryside. There is also ample car parking available within the beautifully kept grounds. The whole property is designed as a perfect retreat for relaxation.

The house is a perfect base for exploring the wider area, including the regency spa town of Cheltenham, which is close by and renowned for its annual festivals and racecourse. The location is excellent for exploring The Cotswolds, Gloucester, and the South West.
