About

The Barns at Ampneyfield Farm combine modern design with relaxed countryside living. Set within a working farm landscape, the three barns can be rented together to create a spacious yet private base for up to ten guests, with each barn maintaining its own entrance and outdoor space.

Inside

Each barn has been thoughtfully designed with vaulted ceilings, large windows and soft neutral interiors that maximise light and space. Open-plan living areas bring together kitchen, dining and sitting spaces, making them well suited to shared meals and time spent together.

The Shaker-style kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering, with electric cookers, ovens, fridge-freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, coffee machines and all essential cookware. Dining spaces can accommodate larger groups comfortably when the barns are booked together.

Bedrooms are calm and well proportioned, with quality linens, good storage and room-darkening blinds. Bathrooms are modern and practical, stocked with towels and essentials. High-speed 900 Mbps Wi-Fi, 48" smart televisions and Bluetooth sound systems are installed throughout. Each barn also includes a washer, dryer and a dedicated workspace. A shared indoor playroom provides toys, books and games for younger guests.

Outside

Each barn opens onto its own enclosed garden and terrace, furnished for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings. Views extend across orchards and surrounding farmland, reinforcing the sense of rural calm. Secure on-site parking is provided beside the barns.

Visitors can browse independent boutiques, sample seasonal produce at farm shops, or join local festivals that celebrate everything from food to music and the arts. Whether you’re enjoying a lazy afternoon tea, cycling between hilltop villages, or visiting renowned landmarks like Blenheim Palace, the Cotswolds promises an authentic and memorable taste of the English countryside.
