Temple Guiting Barn & Peacock Shed is a contemporary six-bedroom Cotswold retreat in the heart of Temple Guiting village, sleeping 12–14 guests with exclusive use of a seasonal heated swimming pool, hot tub and private gardens — ideal for family gatherings and countryside escapes.
A warm, design-led barn conversion with real presence — vaulted ceilings, generous shared spaces, and six en-suite bedrooms split between the Barn and the Peacock Shed for a little extra flexibility. Days here naturally revolve around the water garden, the pool in warmer months, and long, lazy meals back at the kitchen table.
The Barn is set up for easy group living. A vaulted drawing room makes a brilliant main space for fireside evenings, with a gallery study above for anyone who wants a quieter corner. The kitchen–dining room is the heart of the house, fully equipped and made for cooking together, with doors opening straight out towards the water garden.
Five en-suite bedrooms sit within the Barn, each individually styled. Four can be arranged as twins. The sixth en-suite bedroom is in the Peacock Shed, close by but separate enough to suit guests who want a little more privacy.
You have exclusive use of the seasonal heated pool from April to October, set within the enclosed Peacock Garden. The hot tub sits in the private patio garden for slow evenings under the stars. The water garden brings a calm, tucked-away feel, with space for outdoor dining and unhurried afternoons.
There’s private parking, and access to the tennis court (shared only if the wider estate isn’t exclusively hired).
Right in the centre of Temple Guiting, you’re in one of the Cotswolds’ loveliest, quieter villages — well placed for Stow-on-the-Wold, Winchcombe and day trips across Gloucestershire, while still feeling properly tucked away once you’re back through the gates.
