
North Lodge Blenheim is a genuine 'one-off' seven bedroom country house on the gated and private Blenheim Palace Park on the edge of the renown Cotswold town of Woodstock.
North Lodge sits in landscaped grounds on the gated and private Blenheim Palace Park and can sleep up to 16 in seven bedrooms, five of which are en-suite with the other two sharing a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a four berth bunk room ideal for children to share.
North Lodge has a heated all year round salt water swimming pool and a hot tub with an adjacent Pool House housing the games room, bar, sauna, gym and steam showers. It also has an all weather tennis court, a terrace with seating and BBQ, a large fire-pit, golf practice net, basketball net and golf range. The games room is equipped with pool table, shuffle board and poker table. The gym is fully equipped with television, treadmill, two exercise bikes, a weight machine and a full set of free weights and adjacent are the two steam showers and sauna.
The main house has a formal drawing room with open fire, formal dining room, cinema room and an additional large three zone informal open plan lounge with fireplace that opens off the large well equipped kitchen. The lounge has an informal dining table that seats up to 12 and features a slide-away glass wall so you can open up to the gardens beyond.
The kitchen is equipped with Wolf ovens, hob, two fridges, two dishwashers, wine cooler and a pizza oven. The kitchen has a centre island with stools ideal for informal lunches or breakfast. And there is a fully equipped laundry room on the second floor.
FULLY STAFFED
The house comes fully staffed with housekeepers, chef and front of house and the weekly rate of £95,000 includes staff and experiences but excludes consumables, food and drink.

Inclusive in the rate are unique experiences and the kinds of experiences we’ve curated in the past have included a private viewing of the Magna Carta by a historian at the University of Oxford’s Bodleian Library, horse riding through Blenheim Park (otherwise totally unavailable), having the Blenheim gamekeeping team take you out for a ‘behind the scenes’ day, setting up a dinner in a University of Oxford college and exclusive ‘behind the scenes’ tours at the University etc.
The Blenheim Palace estate is on the edge of the charming North Western Cotswold town of Woodstock in Oxfordshire and is only a 20 minute drive from Oxford. The nearest train stations are Oxford (20 minutes) or Bicester North (25 minutes) and London Heathrow is only a 60 minute drive. Birmingham is also just over an hour away and Central London is only a 90 minute drive or 60 minutes by train.
