The open-plan layout brings together a vaulted-ceiling living area, dining space and fully equipped kitchen, all bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows that frame orchard and countryside views.
Outside there is a charming private garden and courtyard ideal for summer outdoor dining, the perfect place to relax with a glass of something gazing across the apple orchard and farm fields into the sunset.
Soft pastel décor and tasteful furnishings create a calm, homely feel, while modern touches — underfloor heating, air conditioning and 900 Mbps broadband — ensure complete comfort year-round. The bespoke Shaker-style kitchen includes an oven, electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, cookware, and all essential ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper.
The living area features generous seating, a dining table for four, a 54" HDTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV, plus Bluetooth speakers and a small library of books and board games. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available, along with a dedicated workspace.
Two elegant en-suite bedrooms feature The White Company Egyptian cotton sheets, soft towels and room-darkening blinds. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second can be arranged as twin beds or a king on request. Both bathrooms are finished with high-quality fittings, stocked with Ampneyfield Barns’ own soap and shampoo, and include baths, heated towel rails and ample storage.

Situated in Ampney Crucis, the property is surrounded by scenic walks and great local pubs. The Pig at Barnsley is just one mile away, Bibury and Cirencester three miles, and Stow-on-the-Wold and Daylesford around sixteen miles. The Cotswold Water Park lies seven miles south, offering nature trails and lake activities.
