Latimer Farmhouse & Cottage sits within the wider Latimer Farm Estate, offering a refined and spacious country stay centred around the main Farmhouse and the adjacent four-bedroom Cottage. Together they provide generous accommodation within landscaped gardens and orchard, combining heritage architecture with contemporary comfort.

Inside

The Farmhouse forms the heart of the property, with beautifully proportioned reception rooms, a cinema room and carefully considered interiors that balance period character with modern ease. The adjacent self-contained Cottage provides four further bedrooms and living space, ideal for extended family, guests or additional privacy within the group.

Together, the Farmhouse and Cottage accommodate up to 16 guests, plus infants in cots. The Dutch Entertainment Barn — included with this option — serves as the central dining and gathering space, overlooking the pool and tennis court, and designed for shared meals and relaxed evenings.

A gym, steam room and barrel sauna provide wellness facilities within the estate, allowing guests to unwind after time outdoors.

Outside

Seven acres of immediate gardens and apple orchard surround the buildings, leading into a further 17 acres of open fields. The seasonal heated pool operates from May to September (and occasionally beyond, subject to weather and additional fee). The tennis court, completed in 2023, includes integrated football goals.

The grounds offer ample space for outdoor dining, games and long walks directly from the door.
