Latimer Farm Estate in Oddington is a 19th-century listed farmhouse estate reimagined as one of the Cotswolds’ most luxurious private retreats. Set within landscaped gardens, orchards and open fields, it sleeps 20 guests across four beautifully restored buildings with a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, gym and sauna — designed for gatherings, celebrations and extended stays.
Latimer Farm Estate sits within rolling countryside near Oddington and brings together architectural heritage with contemporary comfort. Originally a 19th-century farmhouse, the estate has been thoughtfully restored and expanded into four distinct yet connected buildings, allowing large groups to gather while still offering privacy and flexibility.
The atmosphere is refined but relaxed, designed for long weekends, celebrations and private escapes where space and setting are equally important.
Accommodation is arranged across The Farmhouse, The Stone Barn, The Cottage and The Dutch Barn. Each building has its own kitchen and living areas, making the estate particularly well suited to multi-generational stays or groups of families sharing.
The Farmhouse forms the centre of the estate, with generous reception rooms, open fires and a mix of antique pieces and contemporary furnishings. The Stone Barn and Cottage provide additional self-contained accommodation, while the Dutch Barn serves as a dedicated entertaining space with a large dining table for 20, bar area and cinema lounge overlooking the pool and tennis court.
Ten bedrooms are distributed across the buildings, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Interiors combine soft palettes, natural materials and bespoke detailing, creating a cohesive feel throughout.
Wellness facilities include a fully equipped gym, steam room and barrel sauna, offering space to unwind after time outdoors.
Three acres of landscaped gardens and terraces lead out into orchards and open fields, with the wider estate spanning around 20 acres. The seasonal heated outdoor pool sits beside the tennis court, framed by sun terraces and outdoor seating.
The Dutch Barn terrace overlooks the pool area, making it an ideal setting for shared meals, summer gatherings and relaxed evenings outdoors. The grounds allow space for children to roam, games to unfold and guests to move easily between buildings.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire estate. Housekeeping and concierge services are included, supporting everything from daily needs to special arrangements during the stay. The pool is heated seasonally from May to September, weather permitting. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
Latimer Farm Estate offers scale, privacy and thoughtful design in equal measure — a country house setting shaped for shared experiences and extended stays.
Latimer Farm is positioned just outside Upper and Lower Oddington, within easy reach of Daylesford Organic Farm (under 10 minutes by car and around 30 minutes on foot across the fields). Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Norton and Burford are all within 15–20 minutes, placing the estate at the heart of the North Cotswolds while maintaining a strong sense of privacy.
