About

Located south of Tetbury and within easy reach of Chippenham, Langley Park is a substantial Georgian country house designed for scale and privacy. The house offers 11 bedrooms and eight bathrooms in the main residence, with a further two bedrooms and one bathroom in the attached cottage, providing flexibility for larger groups.

With over 16,800 sq ft of internal space, Langley balances formal entertaining rooms with relaxed leisure areas, making it suitable for extended family stays, milestone celebrations and executive retreats.

Inside

The principal rooms include a formal drawing room, study, breakfast room and a dining room seating up to 20 guests. A dedicated cinema room provides space for private screenings, while the lower ground floor houses a fully equipped cellar nightclub for late evenings.

Leisure facilities include a steam room with aromatherapy unit, massage room and gym. The attached cottage accommodates additional bedrooms and contains the billiard room and table tennis room.

From 1 April 2025, guests benefit from corporate membership at Bowood PGA Golf Course, including one complimentary daily tee time for four guests on the 18-hole championship course (after midday at weekends), with discounted rates available for additional players and other Bowood facilities.

The estate extends across 85 acres of formal gardens, parkland and woodland. Outdoor facilities include a seasonal heated swimming pool with pool house, changing room and summer kitchen, a resurfaced all-weather tennis court and a newly installed five-a-side football pitch with drainage.

The scale of the grounds allows for privacy while accommodating structured events and larger gatherings.

Weddings & Corporate Retreats

Langley Park is available for a limited number of weddings, events and corporate retreats each year. Celebrations may be hosted within the house and grounds, subject to separate arrangements and approvals.
