About

College Lawn is a detached Victorian townhouse positioned on a quiet street directly overlooking the College Ground of Cheltenham College. With a day house to one side and school offices to the other, it occupies one of the most private and sought-after addresses in the town, combining central convenience with unusual seclusion. Rates shown are based on a seven-night stay.

Inside

The house is arranged over two principal floors, offering five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom benefits from air conditioning, as does the spacious kitchen dining room, ensuring comfort throughout the warmer months.

The principal reception spaces include a formal drawing room, a relaxed sitting room and a bright morning room, providing distinct areas for entertaining and unwinding. A dedicated games room adds further flexibility for families or group stays.

For guests requiring additional support, a self-contained two-bedroom lower ground floor staff flat with separate entrance can be made available. The property can also be arranged with a live-in housekeeper and chef, concierge support and private transport, or guests may bring their own staff.

Outside

To the rear lies a large, private and secure lawned garden, unusually generous for such a central location. An outdoor kitchen creates a natural setting for summer dining and informal gatherings. The property also offers private parking for up to four cars.
