Inside

Bredon Shepherd Hut sits in the neighbouring field beside The Royal Oak and offers a warm, restful retreat shaped by soft textures and long views across the valley. Inside, a comfortable kingsize bed anchors the space, paired with a stylish shower room finished with Bert & May tiles and thoughtful touches.The central living area brings together a compact kitchenette with cast-iron cookware, Nkuku glassware and a Nespresso machine, alongside a dining nook for unhurried meals. A log burner gives the hut a gentle, steady warmth on cooler days, making it feel inviting throughout the year. The blend of industrial notes and contemporary softness creates a calm atmosphere designed for easy living.

Outside

The hut opens onto its own piece of outdoor space within a private field shared by three huts, each positioned for privacy with native planting. The views stretch across the Vale of Evesham, shifting with the light from morning to dusk. Evenings gather around the firepit; mornings are quiet and still.

Location

Set beside The Royal Oak in Gretton, the hut is perfectly placed for relaxed stays. Guests can wander down the path for supper at the pub, enjoy its welcoming atmosphere, or make use of the tennis and pickleball courts. Winchcombe, Broadway, Cleeve Hill and the Cotswold Way are all close by, offering walks, viewpoints and easy day trips. Cheltenham, Daylesford and other Cotswold landmarks sit comfortably within reach.

Access

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Pets are welcome. Parking is in The Royal Oak car park, with a pedestrian gate leading to the huts. External cameras monitor the top gate, utility sheds and lower entrance, but none are directed toward the private guest spaces around the huts.

Blending hillside stillness with simple comforts, Bredon Shepherd Hut offers a quiet, unhurried escape designed for two.
