The Old Rectory is a stylish seven bedroom country house next to the historic moated Broughton Castle.
The Old Rectory has large lawned gardens with heated outdoor pool, pool house with gym and a children’s climbing playground in the copse. The house has its own kitchen garden and the separate and self-contained Stable Cottage can be rented for larger groups for a supplemental rental fee.
There is a panelled dining room and bay windowed drawing room , a sitting room, study and cinema room as well s a well equipped kitchen breakfast room. There are three ‘master’ bedrooms on the first floor, a double bedroom on the second plus two bunk rooms and a twin bedroom all shown in the gallery.
