The principal part of the house was constructed in the mid 1700’s with earlier origins and sits in a commanding position, high up on Aggs Hill to the east of Cheltenham. Cheltenham, famed for being one of the most complete Regency towns in England and historically the original and most fashionable spa town, is less than a hundred miles from London; situated between the beautiful Cotswolds and the stunning Wye Valley.
