The former heart of the working Stancombe Park state has typical Cotswold charm, whilst fully restored and renovated, it has large living spaces offering a blend of modern comfort in period charm.

The ground floor has a large drawing room with a wood-burning stove and a large dining room seating up to 14. The well-equipped kitchen, with original flagstone floors, has a double Rangemaster oven, and the breakfast table seats eight; with French doors leading out onto a patio equipped for a outdoor breakfast. Outside there is a large courtyard to the front, and to the rear, an expansive lawn overlooking the estate. You are invited to roam the entire estate * apart from the gardens of the other rented properties and the grounds around the main house, which is the owner’s private family residence.

On the first floor there are three large fully en suite bedrooms with super-king beds, all with baths and showers. On the second floor there are three more large vaulted bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; two super-king/twin rooms with showers and one king-size bedroom with a bath. All the bedrooms have 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen, down duvets, feather pillows and super restful pocket sprung mattresses. The bathrooms have 100% Egyptian Cotton Towels, Rituals soap, shampoo and shower gel.
