Kirtlington Park
An exceptional Grade 1 listed English Country House, set in glorious Capability Brown designed parkland in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside and located conveniently close to London, Oxford and with easy access to the Cotswolds; and is for up to 16 guests in eight bedrooms.

The house combines grandeur with tranquility and comfort, perfect for family celebrations and parties. With extensive grounds and stunning views, the gardens provide a delightful place for relaxing, al fresco dining, barbecues or a game of croquet. Surrounded by abundant woodlands, mature trees and wild flower meadows, Kirtlington Park is a rare hidden gem.

The House
With entertaining in mind, Kirtlington Park is available to rent for the whole week or weekends, creating a fabulous opportunity to be together with family and friends in an exceptional location. Combining dramatic period features and cosy corners, the state rooms, famed Monkey Room and the lovingly restored bedrooms make for a glamorous yet delightfully comfortable base from which to explore the houses and gardens of the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace and the surrounding countryside. Kirtlington Park house is the central main building, with the two independent ‘wings’ privately owned. The house is not self catered but we have a wide range of highly recommended cooks or chefs to look after your culinary needs during your stay.

There are now 12 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and come November 2024 there will be 13 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
