About
Congrove Barns Bath are a pair of newly renovated twin barns crafted to provide a romantic bolthole for two or a cosy but spacious family or friends retreat.
The twin barns are divided by function, with a living barn housing the open plan sitting dining room and fully equipped kitchen and the games / TV room with table football; off of which is a shower room. The games Room also has a Conran sofa-bed that can be converted into either a single or double bed, albeit this is more suitable for two children or one adult. The second barn is the sleeping barn, with two en-suite bedrooms, one a king with en-suite bathroom with twin basins the other a zip and link king with en-suite shower room. The gardens are gated and fenced and aside from the in-ground hot tub the barns come equipped with Croquet and Badminton as well as indoor board games for cosy evenings around the wood burning stove.
The Congrove Barns are in a remarkable location, south facing and sitting on the side of a secluded and private valley that has its own private Arboretum; yet only a few miles from the historic centre of Bath; whose lights shimmer in the distance at night. Bath Race Course is even closer and Bristol is less than 10 miles away. So they are both a unique retreat and an ideal base to either explore the Cotswolds or the historic and famed sights of southern England including Avebury, Glastonbury and Stonehenge. And even the Welsh borders are not that far away.

Cotswolds
North Lodge Blenheim is ideally located for discovering the most stunning areas of the Cotswolds. It’s just a few minutes away from the charming town of Chipping Campden, known for its rich history and stunning architecture.
Once a bustling wool trading center, the town's beautifully preserved buildings reflect its prosperous past. Today, Chipping Campden offers a vibrant atmosphere with excellent restaurants, cozy pubs, and boutique shops. The surrounding countryside is dotted with picturesque villages, rolling hills, and lovely walking trails, making it an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds.
An added bonus of staying near Chipping Campden is the easy access to nearby attractions such as the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare, and the magnificent Blenheim Palace.
