About
Situated in a quiet spot on the northern edge of the village, Blackpitts is perfectly positioned to enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk and is gloriously light filled all day long. The very recently and totally renovated house sits in eight acres with views across the village to one side and open fields to the other and is only a seven minute village lane and footpath walk to The Sherbourne Arms; a four generational family run pub that not only offers traditional pub fayre but also a tasty takeaway menu, Wednesday to Saturday evenings.
Aldsworth is almost equidistant from the famous village of Bibury and the medieval market town of Burford and is at the heart of a marvellous gastro hub with amazing foodies destinations such as the up-and-coming new Pig in Barnsley, The Bull at Burford, the other Sherbourne Arms at Nortleach and many, many more too numerous to mention here; but all in our unique App that is the perfect guide to The Cotswolds.
If you are a petrol-head or just love the art of fine engineering the Classic Motor Hub is just down the road and from Wednesday to Sunday it’s fabulous little cafe offers fine breakfasts, tasty snack lunches and excellent coffee that make a nice short trip out. The Cotswold Wildlife Park is a short drive away, as is Crocodile World as are many historic houses and parks steeping in English history. So apart from blisfully enjoying this very special house you will not want for activities and diversions aside from the ubiquitous Daylesford and Diddly Squat that are both only a 30 minute drive away.

Cotswolds
North Lodge Blenheim is ideally located for discovering the most stunning areas of the Cotswolds. It’s just a few minutes away from the charming town of Chipping Campden, known for its rich history and stunning architecture.
Once a bustling wool trading center, the town's beautifully preserved buildings reflect its prosperous past. Today, Chipping Campden offers a vibrant atmosphere with excellent restaurants, cozy pubs, and boutique shops. The surrounding countryside is dotted with picturesque villages, rolling hills, and lovely walking trails, making it an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds.
An added bonus of staying near Chipping Campden is the easy access to nearby attractions such as the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare, and the magnificent Blenheim Palace. Alternatively, why not let us arrange a guided tour of the Cotswolds' hidden gems, from secluded gardens to lesser-known historical sites?
Also close to La Favorita are the enchanting villages of Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Broadway, as well as the stunning landscapes of the Cotswold Way and the tranquil waters of the Cotswold Water Park.
