Bentleys is a classic English cottage in the heart of the renown village of Kingham, close to Daylesford and Soho Farmhouse.
Bentleys is a classic Cotswold cottage in the heart of the famous village of Kingham, just down the road from the equally famous Daylesford; and not a million miles from the Soho Farmhouse.
A 17th Century cottage with lots of beams, leaded windows, flagstone floors – as you would expect – but with a very contemporary extension that adds a huge open plan living – dining – cooking space that opens up fully to the immaculate and very private gardens. A charming mix of modern, vintage and period, with ‘a touch of a ski chalet vibe…’
Kingham is pretty well picture perfect and is blessed with two great dining pubs, one being the ‘quite’ famous Wild Rabbit; the other being the lest famous but still excellent Kingham Plough.
Kingham has its own mainline railway station only one hour thirty minutes direct from London Paddington; so leave the car behind and jump on the train for the perfect Cotswold weekend.
