A one-hour introduction to the beautiful craft of paper marbling. Guests will learn the processes behind marbling, explore techniques for creating different patterns, and take home their own unique papers — along with the skills to continue experimenting at home.

Guests create a vibrant party hat using coloured foils, ribbons, salvaged decorations, and baubles. Every hat becomes a keepsake to bring out year after year, adding joy and tradition to family celebrations.

Using British-grown willow and tissue paper, guests will create beautiful lanterns that are completely biodegradable. These lanterns can be embellished with coloured layers, initials, or logos, or left in their simple elegance. They glow warmly when lit with an LED candle.

We’ll explore materials and a library of reference books and magazines for inspiration, before sketching designs for a set of six candles. Guests will each paint their own set of six candles to take home. A mindful and creative session that results in beautiful, personalised pieces.

Using simple embossing tools, guests will design and create brass decorations. The process includes sketching, drawing inspiration from reference materials, and finishing pieces with velvet ribbon —producing timeless ornaments to take home.
