
Learn to make a nutritious sourdough loaf from scratch, guided step-by-step in your own kitchen. The session covers the fundamentals: mixing, shaping, understanding fermentation, and caring for your starter. You’ll bake a tin loaf during the workshop (bring a loaf tin if you can) and leave with your loaf plus a pot of live starter to continue baking at home.
All ingredients and materials are provided, and you’ll receive preparation details in advance so you’re ready on the day.
