
A multi-course fine-dining experience built around high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, with a more elevated menu drawing on Luca’s background in luxury hotels, private clubs, and VIP events. Luca arrives fully prepared and organises each course with precision, cooking and finishing dishes in your kitchen so the experience feels seamless and well-paced. Example dishes include lobster risotto, 25-day aged beef, and crab and prawn linguine. He manages all prep, pacing, hosting, and a full kitchen clean-down.
