Options include gnocchi, tagliatelle, orecchiette, cavatelli, fusilli, ravioli, and spaghetti. All ingredients are provided, with some sauces pre-prepared so you can see the final result. Luca brings all equipment, guides the group through each stage, and handles full setup and clean-up.
