Guest to provide

Guests will need to complete a short identity and driving licence verification before the booking is confirmed. This includes submitting licence details and completing a quick facial verification check as part of the booking process.

Group size

Vehicles are hired for individual drivers or travelling groups within the vehicle’s seating capacity. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle during the hire period.

Cancellation policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the hire period. Later cancellations may incur charges depending on the timing of the cancellation.

Your vehicle is delivered and collected from your chosen location. Delivery is available across the UK, including airports, private houses and countryside stays.

Adjusting your booking

If your plans change, you can contact your provider to adjust the timing or amend your booking.
